| Presentation on what goes on at the BIA offices in Glenwood. |
The Middle School students had the opportunity to explore some of the local businesses as part of our advisory program. The students went to the Mt Adams Lodge at the Flying L Ranch and the Bureau of Indian Affairs offices here in Glenwood. At each local business we had presenters discuss the jobs that they do on a daily basis, their schooling and background, and what subjects in school that helped them most in their current positions. It was a good opportunity for our students to see what types of jobs are available in our community. We would like to thank Tim, George and Raylene for hosting us it was a really great morning!
